如果你满足以下其中的一条，无需一定要满足LTSSL的要求。以下是移民局对SKILLED EMPLOYMENT的加分说明。CHEF是属于PART A的，所以只贴PART A的内容出来。
First, you need to make sure that the description of your job/job offer substantially matches the description of the occupation (including core tasks) in the ANZSCO.
Then, check if your occupation is in part A, B or C of the List of Skilled Occupations.
Occupation in Part A
If your occupation is listed at Part A of Appendix 6: List of Skilled Occupations, you must also have one of the following.
- A relevant recognised qualification. The qualification must be at, or above, the qualification level on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF) that corresponds to the skill level indicated for that occupation in the ANZSCO.
- The relevant work experience that the ANZSCO indicates may substitute the required qualification.
- The relevant requirements specified in column three of the Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL) for your occupation (if your occupation is included in the LTSSL).
- Five years of relevant work experience in a Skill Level One occupation.

4楼 K L4 (09/Aug/12, China)您在NZ工作的时候已经有3年以上，申请雅思成绩豁免成功的机会应该比较大，不过也出现过移民局不接受豁免申请的个案，所以如果您的英语不是特别困难的话，建议考虑一下是否保险一些考个6.5。另外你在NZ已经有长时间的skilled employment，只要满足ANZSCO里的要求并且EOI分数超过100，理论上是不需要您太太帮忙加分就可以办理技术移民的，基于这个前提，您太太作为副申请人即可，不需要她的学历加分，因此也无需提供雅思成绩。

还有如果用chef申请那我只有L4的证书没有L5的证书，有没有影响？或者换句话说用3年经验取代L5的证书这个可能性有吗？

2楼 K L4 (09/Aug/12, China)您太太的情况估计还是需要对本科学历进行NZQA评估。以下是移民局关于认可学历的说明：
A higher qualification does not automatically meet the qualification requirement under LTSSL. The occupations and relevant qualifications/work experience on the LTSSL were developed in conjunction with specific industry/sector. The industry/sector advise on the acceptable qualifications/work experience for the occupations. The requirements are driven by industry and the associated bodies.
Reasoning of why the higher qualifications are not always acceptable in place of the lower ones centres on the lower qualification containing practical components. Not all higher qualifications have a practical component and may be solely theory based. A higher qualification does not necessarily mean that the person has the specific skills of the lower qualification.
Your options:
If you can demonstrate that your qualification contains the same content or covers the same areas as the listed qualification, then it may be considered with your application. NB: Bachelor vs Masters - they are not comparable.
To demostrate comparability of your qualification you may wish to approach NZQA to assess it against the lower qualification to see if it was comparable/contained the same components. Or you may approach the appropriate Industry Training Organisation or industry body for confirmation that the higher qualifications is sufficient to undertake employment in the specific occupation. This evidence should be attached to your qualification evidence when submitting your application, and your immigration officer will consider it accordingly.
另，并不是说结婚12个月，而是在一起生活12个月，因此您可以拿一些结婚前的证据来证明你们的关系是长期、稳定的。当然如果是闪婚的话当我没说……

- 雅思成绩以及成绩单编号是EOI中必填的项目，除非您申请雅思成绩豁免，否则无法提交EOI
2.在国内如果拿到NZ的OFFER,可以同时递交EOI吗？还是必须等工作一段时间再递交申请？
- 拿到OFFER，EOI够100分就可以申请了，当然工作后再申请也是可以的

2楼 K L4 (09/Aug/12, China)如果是在NZ当地工作，厨师申请技术移民的话只需符合skilled employment的要求即可。ANZSCO对Chef(351311)的定义如下，需要注意Chef是不包括Cook的：
CHEFS plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food in dining and catering establishments.
Cooks, Fast Food Cooks and Kitchenhands are excluded from this unit group. Cooks are included in Unit Group 3514 Cooks. Fast Food Cooks and Kitchenhands are included in Minor Group 851 Food Preparation Assistants.
Indicative Skill Level:
Most occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
In New Zealand:
NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above. In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.
Tasks Include:
planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

如果在中国工作并申请技术移民，则除了满足上述ANZSCO的要求外，还需满足LTSSL中的要求，除了5年经验外，还需具备一定的资质证书。下面是LTSSL对Chef申请工作经验加分的要求：
Either National Certificate in Hospitality (Professional Cookery) Level 4 OR National Certificate in Hospitality (Cookery) Level 4 OR a Level 5 Diploma (specialising in the area of professional cookery) AND A minimum of five years combined experience in establishments offering a la carte/banqueting or commercial catering, with a minimum of two years at Chef de Partie (Section Leader level or higher)
2楼 K L4 (07/Aug/12, China)1、必须在紧缺职业才能申请技术移民吗？还是在可移民技术职业清单中就可以？会计可以吗？
-可移民技术职业清单就是紧缺职业，也就是之前提到的即时短缺（ISSL）和长期短缺（LTSSL），此外基督城经历了去年的地震需要重建，现在多了个CSSL，也就是坎伯雷地区的紧缺职业清单。不过这几个清单上的职业在申请移民的过程会不一样，LTSSL的职业可以直接申请技术移民，但ISSL的职业只能用于申请工签，要办技术移民的话只能等工签下来，工作一段时间后再申请。以下是移民局网站的原文：
We use the LTSSL for both temporary work and residence instructions. If you come to work in New Zealand based on meeting the LTSSL requirements, you may be eligible for residence through our Work to Residence (LTSSL) instructions, or the Skilled Migrant Category.
We only use the ISSL for temporary work instructions. If you come to work in New Zealand based on meeting the ISSL requirements, there is no direct link to residence.
会计已经被移除出紧缺清单，因此无法直接申请。不过Accountant - Chartered - Senior positions (221111)还在即时短缺职业清单里，所以申请工签的话在理论上可行，但很多雇主可能会觉得麻烦而不愿意请外国人（比如移民局会调查为什么不请本地人等）。
2、如果只有OFFER，人没有在新西兰，申请通过的概率大吗？
-大，非常的大，只要你的EOI能达到100分，几乎没有失败的可能。不过，人没在新西兰但能拿到当地OFFER的可能性非常的小……
3、工作邀请需要什么形式的？类似劳动合同吗？对企业的要求是什么？必须证明在本地聘用不到这个职位的人吗？
-我也没拿到过NZ的OFFER所以具体情况也不是很清楚，但应该还没到合同那一部，估计也就是觉得你的条件不错符合对方公司的要求之类的说明吧，跟国内外企发的OFFER LETTER差不多。

3楼 K L4 (07/Aug/12, China)补充一下，是否Mechanical Engineer (233512)？如果是，您工学硕士+60，10年工作经验+30，另外由于您符合绝对紧缺职业的要求，可额外+10。附LTSSL中对Engineering申请绝对紧缺加分的要求：
A Washington Accord accredited engineering degree
OR
Either a qualification specifically recognised by NZQA as comparable to a:
Bachelor of Engineering,
or
Bachelor of Engineering (with Honours), or
Master of Engineering degree
OR
A bachelor degree (Level 7) or higher with a letter from IPENZ certifying that the degree and any further learning meets the academic requirements for registration as a 'Chartered Professional Engineer' in New Zealand
OR
NZ registration as a 'Chartered Professional Engineer'
4楼 K L4 (07/Aug/12, China)不好意思，看漏了，您毕业后从事IT相关职业的话，恐怖在申请工作经验加分的时候会有点麻烦。LTSSL中对IT类职业的加分有如下规定：
Bachelor degree (Level 7) specialising in Information Technology (Computer Science, Information Systems or other Information Technology) OR Bachelor degree (Level 7) specialising in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Technology AND three years of relevant work experience.

6楼 K L4 (07/Aug/12, China)个人觉得是的，虽然您在IT行业里已经超过5年，满足了ANZSCO里用工作经验代替学历不对口的要求，但LTSSL里又明确要求只能是IT、电子/电气类的学士或以上学历才能申请工作经验加分，所以我个人认为您在这方面比较吃亏。不过毕竟每个人的情况不一样，我建议您可以写个邮件跟移民局的人确认一下。
2楼 K L4 (07/Aug/12, China)如果您的学历（本科或以上）是在移民局豁免评估（exempt list）的学校清单中，不需要做评估，但要做公证+翻译，否则需要把材料送到NZQA进行评估。是否需要进行学历评估与工作无关。另，LTSSL中对部分职业的学历有特别的要求，因此除了ANZSCO的要求外，还需满足LTSSL的要求。
